Head of Executive Programme Development

Grade 8, £54,853 – £63,051 per annum inclusive of £3,223 London Weighting Allowance per annum

King’s Business School is seeking a Head of Executive Programme Development to catalyse the School’s entry into the postexperience education market.

This role will lead in developing both the business cases and initial programme design for an Executive MBA, a suite of specialist Master’s programmes and a growing portfolio of short Open Enrolment Executive Education programmes.

The ideal candidate will approach these key strategic projects with creativity and entrepreneurial flair aligned with a disciplined approach to project management and stakeholder engagement. You will have the ability to bring together varied disciplines to create a proposition for the Executive market that is unmistakably ‘King’s’.

The post holder will have a largely blank canvas, and the opportunity to initiate collaborations between the Business School and world-class faculties such as the Dickson Poon School of Law; Natural and Mathematical Sciences; The Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience; and the Faculty of Social Science and Public Policy to develop a truly distinctive and multi-faculty offering to the Executive market. The post holder will be a close working partner with the central King’s Professional and Executive Development team.

This post will be indefinite.

This is a full-time role.

The selection process will be a two-stage process. Both stages will have panel interviews. One will have a presentation. One will have a written task.
