The role
Leading a small team, you’ll be responsible for managing the ongoing recruitment, training and standardisation of our specialist examiners. You will work closely across a matrix of departments – especially our academic and quality teams – to deliver high quality interventions, monitor success, and provide constructive feedback to our panel.
Making creative use of e-learning platforms and digital media for training will be a feature of the role, as will planning and running a range of related events.
Naturally, we want every Trinity exam candidate to receive consistent, high quality assessment. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining positive relationships with our examiners.

About you
Educated to degree level with empathy with the education sector and ideally a good understanding of the English language or the performing arts sectors, you will be confident interacting with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure our programme of activities are successfully carried out.
